Rowdy Gaines, is a three time Olympic gold medal winner and is currently the top competitive swimming clinician in the world. Rowdy has worked internationally with swimmers of all ages and ability levels and is also considered the "Voice of Swimming," for his work with NBC Sports. Rowdy's clinics are fun, exciting and memorable learning experiences.

8:15 - 9:45 AM In water demonstrations and instruction
10:00 - 10:15 AM Snack break and athlete / swimmer interaction
10:15 - 11:15 AM In water demonstrations and instruction
11:15 - 12:00 Noon Photograph and autograph session with Rowdy, Allison and Megan.
Cost $75.00 Clinic Participant / $10.00 Spectator Registration Form
Clinic participants will be treated to breakfast and a mid clinic snack, and will receive a tee shirt and goodie bag courtesy of USA Swim Clinics, All - American Swim Supply and TNT Swimming.
Allison Schmitt is a six time Olympic medal winner, including 3 gold medals at the 2012 Olympics. Her time in the 200 freestyle at the 2012 Games was an Olympic Record. Allison has been a USA National Team member since 2007 and is an experienced clinician. She is looking forward to working with our swimmers at the Swimposium.

Megan Romano is a USA National Team member and gold medal winner at the 2013 FINA World Championships. She also won gold at the 2011 World University Games and is a 2012 Olympic Trials Finalist. Megan specializes in Freestyle and Backstroke.
